Project Concept
The multi-functional complex Au Pont Rouge is a unique project of BTK development company. The complex ensemble occupies an area of 39 000 sq.m at Moika river embankment
The project includes full reconstruction not only of historical facades and interiors of the buildings, designed in styles from eclectic to modern but also of unique artistic details: a lantern light and a corner tower spire, forfeited at 30s of the past century. The complex territory is divided on functional areas. There will be premium grocery store, offices of A class, luxury apartments and restaurants with excellent views.
